1. What payment methods are accepted?
We highly recommend paying with Paypal, and all credit cards are accepted through Paypal.
2. Why is my credit card and debit card experiencing a ‘payment declined’?
- Your card might not be activated for online transactions, contact your bank by phone and activate it.
- Insufficient funds, ensure that there are funds in your bank account.
- Fraud. Please do not use cards you are not authorized to use.
Pokemon GO Accounts
1. How long does it take to get my order details?
You’ll receive your PokemonGO account details in under 5 minutes.
If you do not receive it with in then, email us or drop a message in LIVE CHAT, we will get back to you in 8 hours or less.
2. How do I receive my account details? (login and password)
Account details will be sent to your registered Paypal email or the email you registered on site automatically.
3. Do all Pokemon Go accounts come with a warranty?
All accounts include a 48-hour warranty after the payment has been made. You will be eligible for the 48 hours replacement warranty if you have not used any 3rd party tools on the account.
The 48-hour warranty is in case of a “banned” account. Pokemon Slashing is NOT covered by warranty, as this occurs because of multiple reasons such as usage of GPS spoofers, Snipe Services and IV Calculators.
Both the username and password has to be provided for inspection of the game account, this is through a verification process to check if the account is indeed suspended. Failure to provide the username and password will void the warranty.
The claiming period for the warranty must be made within 48 hours of the payment for the account.
4. Are the accounts on site GMAIL or Pokemon Trainer Club (PTC) Accounts?
All of the sellers in TheBlackTrainer.com are listed Pokemon Trainer Club accounts unless it is stated otherwise.
5. Are the Pokemon GO accounts built by bots or people?
Each of our accounts has been built by real players.

2. How do I track PowerBoost completion status?
A link will be sent to you via email to keep track of the PowerBoost service, on the website, you will be able to see the rate of completion from 0% to 100% (Fully Completed)

3. Is there a chance of ban when I buy a PowerBoost service for my account?

4. What IV/CP Pokemon will PowerBoost give me?
If stated 100IV, you will receive 100IV. If stated 2,000+CP Pokemon Powerboost you will get 2000+CP. For other services that does not state IV or CP, the Pokemon you receive will be.
